No, we don't have plans to expand to any other countries in the near future.
No, there are no restrictions on volume or frequency of sending messages. We have a fixed amount of messages we can per second - if your requests come in fast than our limit, then we put your request in a queue and send it what it's that message's turn. In case of heavy volume, it might take a bit of time for all of your messages to get through to subscribers.
Unfortunately, no. In order to receive messages via our API, each of your users will have to use the Mobile Settings Panel to subscribe. If you have lots of existing users that have already signed up to mobile features that you want to transfer to Zeep Mobile, contact us and we'll see if we can work something out.
No! We reserve the last 40 characters of every message you send to display a teaser ad. Your users must reply on their mobile phone with order to receive more information about the ad.

When you sign up for an ad-free plan, we collect your credit card details. We bill your card for the first month of service, then bill your card again every month every 30 days after that.
No, ad-free message credits expire each month.
Yes! You can change your plan anytime. We'll credit or debit your account accordingly. After a billing period is over, we give you ten days notice before we bill your credit card, and you can even change your plan in that window too.
You'll be billed for each message beyond your plan individually, at the rate set according to each plan. In case you dramatically exceed your plan, you can upgrade your plan up to ten days after the end of a billing period.
Yes. When you cancel your ad-free message plan, we'll stop billing you but won't refund money for the current billing period.
